Q. HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE? 

A. All orders are shipped from our warehouse within 3 business days of the order being placed. Shipment will arrive Usually 2-3 weeks, due to high demand of some of our most popular products, please allow 2-6 weeks after the shipment date, depending on the availability of the carrier provider and location.  We do apologize that shipment delay may occur if the shipment requires Customs clearance or inspection, or transportation delay caused by carrier service.

If your order hasn't arrived within 90 days of the date of original purchase, contact our support team for a full refund on your purchase.

Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China.

So, please expect your items to be shipped separately  (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. Orders are shipped during regular business days, excluding holidays. Any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. You will take usually between 2-5 business days.

A. For most countries you will not have to pay customs, but it depends where are you located and if you order more than 1 piece.

When you place an order,please choose a shipping method and pay for the order including the shipping fee.Generally,we will send the items as soon as possible once your payment is completed. 
We do not guarantee delivery time on all international shipments due to differences in customs clearing times in individual countries,which may affect how quickly your product is inspected.

We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence and not all of our merchandise ship from the same location such as Tibet, United States, China, Europe, Thailand etc... It may take anywhere from 14 - 40 days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.
